A tulle overlay abaya worked all over with gold floral embroidery, over a matching solid lining, with a V neckline, long sleeves that end in sheer flounces and a belt at the waist. It pulls on over the head with no front opening, so it holds its line all day without being managed. In Navy it is formal; in Chartreuse it is something braver.
