Flounced cuffs fastened with three small pearl buttons soften a shape that is otherwise completely plain. There is no embellishment anywhere else on this A-line abaya dress, so the sleeve is doing all of the design work — which is why it reads as considered rather than decorated. It pulls on over the head with a round neckline and a small keyhole button at the back of the neck, and falls in a clean A-line to the floor.

Styling note

Sky Blue with a white hijab is the easiest version of this and works for a daytime Eid visit. Peacock Teal is the more interesting choice and holds its own against gold. Keep bags small and shoes flat — the sleeve is the point, and heavy accessories flatten it.
