Styling note
The white deserves a soft satin-finish hijab and very little else — no necklace, no print. In black, add a structured clutch and a heel and it will carry a wedding reception without any further help. Sequins photograph well, so this is the sensible choice if the evening involves a camera. The yellow and the green are the two we would reach for at a daytime Eid gathering.
