Striped & Floral Print Abaya Dress

Print does most of the work here — a fine stripe in one colorway, a scattered floral in the other, both cut to a slim abaya line rather than a full sweep. Embroidered detail sits over the print and gives the surface something a flat print never has. It is an easy dress for a working day, and it does not need thinking about.

Styling note

The striped version reads almost tailored — good with a plain hijab and flat leather shoes for the office or a long errand day. The floral wants nothing else in the outfit; leave the jewelry in the drawer and let it stand alone. Both versions take a long open layer over the top when the temperature drops, and neither of them needs a heel to look finished.
